Terms & Conditions - the basics
By engaging with Elev8 Investments & Accounting LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All clients are required to review and sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and an Onboarding Agreement prior to the commencement of any services. These agreements outline the scope of services, confidentiality obligations, and the responsibilities of both parties.
Our services are provided based on the information supplied by the client, and it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all information is accurate and complete. Elev8 Investments & Accounting LLC shall not be held liable for any errors or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
In the event that you choose to terminate services or transfer your services to another provider, a minimum of 30 days written notice is required to allow for proper transition, completion of outstanding work, and to ensure compliance with all applicable requirements. Elev8 Investments & Accounting LLC will retain your records for a period of 365 days from the date of contract termination. After this period, we are not responsible for maintaining or providing access to any client records, and such records may be securely deleted in accordance with our internal policies.
Elev8 Investments & Accounting LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future revisions.
